My best wishes to all candidates writing the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) from today, Monday, 15th November to Friday, 19th November, 2021.
I believe that our kids have made adequate academic, psychological and emotional preparations for this exams; and I know that they shall make us proud.
The NPP government is also adequately prepared to absorb all candidates who will meet the placement requirements into the various Senior High Schools and Technical/Vocational Institutions through the Free SHS and TVET Programmes when the results are released.
I use this opportunity to advise the over 570,000 candidates to refrain from any act that will amount to malpractices and that will consequently mar their success if caught.
I am also imploring examination authorities, especially invigilators, to ensure that COVID-19 safety protocols are observed in all the 2,158 examination centres.
Once again, I wish our young candidates good luck. I also wish them well in their future endeavours.
