“Breaking the Eight” Is Just Not a Mantra but a Call to Duty and a Response to Grassroots’ Welfare – Dr. Charles Dwamena Aka. Dr. China to Wa Region Npp Delegates

Day 2: This morning together with some party stalwarts notably Hon. John Boadu, Rita Asobayire, Nana B, Mr. Abankwa Yeboah and the Wa regional minister, I was delighted to grace the NPP Wa regional Annual Delegates Conference which was held at Wa Technical Senior High School.

This year’s regional conference presented a very refreshing and renewed commitment to champion the party’s agenda to break the Eight Year Jinx.

I was pleased to interact with various National Executives, Regional Executives, Constituency Executives, electoral area Executives, polling station Executives and a score of party grassroots who were all present at the conference.

As I engaged the participants at the conference, I reiterated the need for a renewed energy and commitment to put the welfare of the grassroots at the center of our agenda to Break the Eight Years Jinx. Again, I shared with them my firm belief that “Breaking the Eight Years” should not just be seen as a mantra or slogan but a call to duty in unity.

I expressed my gratitude to the leadership of the region for such a wonderful annual delegates conference and encouraged them to be resolute as the Upper West region continues to be a strategic electoral hub for our victory in 2024.
